Master Bedroom Elegance Our spacious bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. Enjoy restful nights on a king-sized Cooling memory Foam bed. Catch your favorite shows on the bedroom television or simply relax in the tranquility of the sunshine and palm trees just outside your window. **Please note: Sheets provided are 100% cooling bamboo and the comforter is a quilt. The bedding comes equip with 2 plush king sleeping pillows (additional sleeping pillows are provided if needed) Master bedroom features 1 night stand, 1 dresser, full size mirror and a small closet with hangers if needed. Additional items include a laundry basket, iron and ironing board. House Rules
Beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach cart are all provided as a courtesy to our guests. If using any of these items please wash off all sand before returning them to their spots. There is an outdoor shower in building A very close to our unit. Excessive sand should be swept during your stay. We understand its hard to keep it all out but please try your best to leave the sand at the beach :)

** Only 1 Parking pass is available per HOA** ** Please book with correct amount of guests and notify the host if you need additional linens for pull out sofa beds**** Please Note** The HOA completes pest control on the FIRST Friday of every month. This is to eliminate the possibility of common Florida pests from entering the units.
